The Release & Expand method is my unique cycle (the kind you wont want to break) that sees us uncover the truth, release your grip on old beliefs, and take expansive action. With new action and unfamiliar terrain, we come back to self support, uncovered beliefs and creating more capacity within you again.

Here’s how that may look regarding your business:

  1. Identify the business move: we get into what it literally takes to grow your business in your community.

  2. Uncover the root: as we uncover what needs to happen, your body will tell you its not safe to do so. Questions will arise, concerns will be raised. I will meet you there, untangle the knots and decipher practical support from emotional support. We’ll explore what it means to fail and potentially go back in time to find when this belief was created.

  3. Neutralise the emotional charge: we use the EFT I am qualified in to release stored information in your body. We neutralise the perceived threat so you don’t get poorly pushing through & tap into new realities.

  4. Take action, manage the expanse: with new action comes new territory and a need to revisit the inner child but also celebrate and move forwards.

Hey I’m Zoe, Your EFT Practitioner & Mentor

I started my Digital Consultancy business first, running on strategy and sheer frustrated determination. I knew what to do, thanks for my decade long career in marketing & I just felt like shit doing it. I pushed. I forced. I told myself to be braver, louder, tougher.

Due to my childhood, failing felt personal and financial push back felt like real danger. It became unavoidably clear that I couldn’t make entrepreneuship work on action alone, I needed to expand my capacity & neutralise threat or risk burning out & repeating stories.

I turned to EFT, not for pain relief or “positive vibes” as I had seen elsewhere but I asked who inside me was hurting, I got to the root. The parts of me that learned it wasn’t safe to be seen, fail, or go first & I tapped from there up. Its something I revisited over and over in business and that combined with the action, means I’m paid for my work across 2.5x businesses. I’m asked to speak.
I promote myself without spiralling. I live alone & 100% off of my businesses.
