Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Scope of Practice

I provide Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), intuitive mentoring, and energetic support. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or physical conditions.
By working with me, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices.

2. Confidentiality

All sessions and communication are held in strict confidence, in line with professional ethical standards. Your personal information will never be shared without your written consent, except in cases where required by law. I may use examples or quotes from sessions for content purposes. In such cases, I will protect your anonymity and sensitive details.

3. Payment & Booking

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Pricing is listed in GBP (£); international clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

• Payment is non-refundable. If a package is purchased and not completed, no partial refunds will be issued.

• Packages & sessions must be used within 3 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be forfeited and are not refundable.

• In the rare event that I need to reschedule, I will offer you alternative times as soon as possible.

5. Late Arrivals

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original finish time to respect both of our schedules.

6. Messaging & Support Between Sessions

For packages that include mid-week voice note or text support, this applies only within the agreed timeframe. Messages will be responded to during business hours, typically within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
For all other services, support is limited to scheduling and admin only.

7. Add-On Services

Any additional services (e.g. tarot/oracle drops) must be paid for in advance. They are non-refundable and provided as an intuitive supplement to your work—not as a guarantee or prediction. I cannot be held responsible for choices you make or the repercussions of said choices, naturally you have free will.

8. Client Responsibility

By engaging in this work, you affirm that:

• You are mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage in energy & emotion work.

• You will reach out to appropriate professionals if you are in crisis or require medical, psychological, or emergency support.

• You take full responsibility for your healing journey and any decisions you make as a result of our work together.
