The Link Between EFT Tapping & The Law of Attraction

We’ve all heard of the Law of Attraction. The idea that your thoughts create your reality. Focus on what you want, align your energy, and it will appear.

But here’s the thing, if it were that simple, we’d all be shaking our asses on yachts, sipping cocktails (mocktails in my case) and answering emails from Bali by now.

Most people com up against the same issue - they set intentions, they make vision boards, they even script out affirmations - but deep down, they’re carrying fears, doubts, and old wiring that blocks them from actually allowing it in.

I am an EFT Practitioner, Intuitive Coach and frankly, avid self-help book reader and challenger.

This is exactly why I created my Desire Framework it blends manifestation principles with intuitive coaching and EFT tapping so you don’t just wish for the life you want, you actually change how you show up and create space for it.

Let’s explore the links between EFT Tapping, manifesting and the law of attraction.

The Law of Attraction 101 (And Why It’s Not Enough on Its Own)

The Law of Attraction says like attracts like. What you focus on expands. If you’re constantly thinking about lack, struggle, or fear, you attract more of it. If you’re focusing on abundance, freedom, and joy, you open the door for more of that.

And yes, there’s truth here. Neuroscience even backs it, your brain has something called the Reticular Activating System (RAS) that filters the billions of pieces of information around you to match what you’re focusing on. So if you decide “I want to call in soulmate clients,” your brain literally starts noticing more opportunities and people that match that vibe.

But here’s the catch: you can’t fake energy. You can paste affirmations on your mirror all day long, but if your nervous system is crying out “I don’t deserve this, people will leave me if I get it, I’ll probably fail anyway” guess what your vibration is actually putting out?

This is why I don’t just teach Law of Attraction, and I don’t teach mindset. I pair intuitive coaching and EFT tapping to create a stage for the inner voices to be seen and heard and then clear those blocks underneath so you can actually align with what you’re calling in.

My Desire Framework: How We Call It In (And Clear What’s Blocking It)

I created this because I saw the same pattern over and over. My clients wanted more money, love, freedom, joy… but they were dragging a suitcase of fears and old stories behind them. This plays out in a way I describe as a “looping path”. Basically, you are moving forward in your life, time is passing, you are progressing forward but you keep setting off the same cycles over and over so that straight line looks more like a curly straw. The desire framework shows us exactly where the triggers are and how the limiting beliefs are being reaffirmed in your loops.

Here’s how the framework works:

Step 1: Set the Desire

We start by getting crystal clear on what you want and address it. Not “someday” or “maybe,” but right now, in present tense.

  • “I have a thriving business that sustains me fully.”

  • “I wake up every day feeling excited and abundant.”

  • “I am in a loving, safe relationship where I feel cherished.”

The more specific and embodied, the better. This isn’t daydreaming, it’s anchoring into a new reality.

Step 2-4: Identify the Blocks

This is where most people fall down. Because as soon as you declare a desire, your subconscious throws up all the reasons you can’t have it. These can look like:

  • Current life limitations: “I don’t have the time, money, or resources.”

  • Negative perceptions: “People who are rich are selfish.” “Successful women are lonely.”

  • Fear responses: “What if I get it and lose it?” “What if people judge me?”

These blocks aren’t random. They’re usually inherited (hello ancestors 👋), conditioned by childhood, or wired into your nervous system from past experiences.

Step 5: Clear with EFT Tapping

This is where we do the magic. EFT is a tool that calms the nervous system while you bring the fear or belief to mind. By tapping on acupressure points while speaking the block, we’re teaching the body: “I am safe, even here.” Over time, the fear loses its grip.

Example: You want to call in more clients, but deep down you’re terrified of being visible. We’d tap on the fear of judgment, the memory of being laughed at in school, or the belief that “if I put myself out there, people won’t like me.” And we’d rewire it into something safe and expansive.

Read the full framework here and try it yourself.

Why This Combo Works (Science Meets Spirit)

  • Law of Attraction gives you the vision.

  • Intuitive Coaching uncovers the unique flavour of your blocks - because while the patterns can be the same as another person your bodies unique stored memories are yours

  • EFT clears the fear at a physiological level so you can actually step into the new identity.

  • Ballsy action means you walk on the path as the person who already has it

Research backs it up too. A 2012 study published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease found that a single hour of EFT reduced cortisol (the stress hormone) by 24% on average, while also slashing anxiety and depression by up to 58%.

So when we say EFT helps you “raise your vibration,” that’s not just woo talk, it literally means your body is moving out of stress chemistry and into safety, possibility, and openness.

Real-Life Example of Manifesting With EFT Tapping

Let’s say you want to call in consistent 5k months in your business. You set the desire in present tense:
“I easily attract and receive £5,000 a month through my work.”

Then we look at what comes up:

  • “But I’m already working flat out.”

  • “People who make big money are greedy.”

  • “If I get more clients, I’ll burn out again.”

From there, we tap through those fears. You might notice the panic in your chest ease. You might cry. You might laugh at how untrue those old beliefs feel after clearing.

Now when you go back to your desire statement, it feels lighter. More possible. You’re not fighting yourself anymore.

Why I Care About This Work

When I first started my business, I thought it was all about strategy. Build the site, get the SEO, post the content. And yes, strategy matters. But every time I tried to sell, show up, or stretch to the next level my fears and limitations came crashing in and frankly it burnt me out so badly.

That’s why after over a decade in digital strategy & marketing, I turned to EFT and intuitive work. Because until you tend to your roots, you can’t grow the way you want. This framework came from my own journey of combining strategy with healing so I could actually hold the success I was building.

Now, I get to guide others through the same process helping them break cycles, rewrite stories, and create the rich, free, aligned lives they desire.

The Law of Attraction works but only when your nervous system is on board

The Law of Attraction works but only when your nervous system is on board. Otherwise, you’re trying to manifest from a place of fear, and that never sticks.

By combining desire-setting, intuitive coaching, and EFT tapping, you’re not just wishing. You’re rewiring your body and mind to become the version of you who already has it.

This is how manifestation becomes real, repeatable, and grounded.

And if you’re ready to go deeper - to actually clear the blocks standing between you and the life you want - I’d love to guide you through the Desire Framework in a private session. Because you don’t have to just dream it. You can live it.
