We start by chatting. We explore what the current challenge is, how you know that exists, how it feels and what it would be like to be without this thing. In situations where a painful memory is brought up you are not automatically inclined to disclose lots about it. In fact, we can use EFT without unpacking at great length. But I am also available to hold deeper conversations if that's what you need at the time. We move into tapping, I will tap and say phrases and you will tap on yourself while repeating them. We cycle through tapping rounds and discussion. By the end of a single session you will notice a shift. We always close the session by anchoring into a new belief and anything we haven't resolved full we never leave "open" to fester between sessions. We safely close up and leave on a positive note so you are more uplifted at the end than the start.

We don’t need to go deep into details for this work to be effective. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you want to. We work with what comes up safely, at your pace, while still creating real shifts.

Results look different for everyone, but they’re often both internal and external. Internally: less anxiety and emotional charge more clarity and self-trust feeling calmer in situations that used to trigger you Externally: finally taking action on things you’ve been avoiding clearer communication and boundaries more aligned work, opportunities, and income It’s not about becoming someone else—it’s about removing what’s been in the way of how you already want to live and work.

Honestly, we can make a profound shift in one session. But it depends if you want to stop there. People find it so helpful to keep a release & expand cycle going. For example, having weekly or bi weekly sessions for 6-12 weeks can move your project, process or work forward exponentially. I see my own EFT Practitioner bi-weekly and I bring my present challenges to overcome instead of going back into my past now. Progression is the benefit of a continued practice.
