Each session is a mix of talking, intuitive guidance and EFT tapping.

We’ll identify what’s really underneath the block you’re experiencing, gently bring it into awareness, and use tapping to release the emotional charge attached to it.

From there, we shift how you relate to it, so new actions feel natural rather than forced.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a mind-body method where you tap on acupressure points while focusing on a specific pain, sensation, emotion, belief, or memory.

We don’t need to go deep into details for this work to be effective. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you want to.

We work with what comes up safely, at your pace, while still creating real shifts.

Clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns they’ve often been in for years—overthinking, avoiding, pushing through, or not fully showing up.

Honestly, we can make a profound shift in one session. But it depends if you want to stop there. People find it so helpful to keep a release & expand cycle going.

For example, having weekly or bi weekly sessions for 6-12 weeks can move your project, process or work forward exponentially.

I see my own EFT Practitioner bi-weekly and I bring my present challenges to overcome instead of going back into my past now. Progression is the benefit of a continued practice.
