I am an Intuitive accredited EFT Practitioner (en route advanced status). EFT gave me the tools to process past stories without needing to take the whole day off to eat a packet of biscuits - useful, since I work for myself.

Why Me? -

I hold awareness of my privilege, and I’m also the result of deep shadow work. I grew up in a low-income household with mental illness present, followed paths at the cost of my health, then rebuilt from the ground up. I’m familiar with solopreneurship, 12-step spaces, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, trauma, and adverse childhood experiences. You can speak freely here-more importantly, safely. And these things can be leveraged to build your richest life when working with me.

If I’m for you, you’ll know. There’s a natural draw.  I’m aligned. My heart is open. I live in the space between grounded, sometimes gritty, reality and expansive possibility. Trust your inner knowing.

It’s in understanding what lays beneath the surface that dictates how you act & what you attract. It’s not in intellectualising your past or dredging up heavy memories that will put you in bed for a week - but in letting things come to the light while tapping on acupressure points and watching the heavy charge float away from your body while you bridge the past event helpfully with the present issue.

 

It’s in taking care of you, establishing self trust & wider trust in the universe, opening yourself back up to co-creation, and making the daily grind less exhausting so you can take more fruitful leaps & experience fun with the bounds.

About EFT

EFT was developed in the 1990s by Gary Craig, who adapted an earlier technique called Thought Field Therapy (TFT) created by psychologist Roger Callahan.

 

Craig simplified Callahan’s approach so that the same sequence of tapping points could be used for many different emotional issues.

 

The practice also draws inspiration from traditional Chinese medicine, which proposes that stimulating certain points on the body may influence emotional and physical wellbeing.
